Shop Operations Lead
The KAR Shop – Rogers, Arkansas
The KAR Shop is looking for an experienced Shop Operations Lead to join our growing team. This is a position for someone who takes pride in running an organized, efficient, and professional automotive repair shop.
We're looking for someone who is:

Responsibilities:
- Learn the skill level and strengths of each technician.
- Dispatch repair orders to the appropriate technician based on experience and workload.
- Provide technical guidance and assist technicians with difficult diagnostics and repairs.
- Perform quality control inspections before vehicles are delivered to customers.
- Help maintain an efficient workflow throughout the shop.
- Enforce shop policies, including:
- Punctuality and attendance
- Break schedules
- Time spent on tool trucks
- Safety procedures
- Cleanliness and organization
- Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment where everyone is expected to do their best.

Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- No weekends.
